Responsibilities :
- Support Sales & Marketing team with administrative tasks: This is includes scheduling meetings, organizing files, & responding emails.
- Assist with market research: Conduct research on competitors, industry trends, and customer preferences to help the sales and marketing team better understand their target audience and market.
- Help create marketing materials: Work with the marketing team to create marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and presentations.
- Handle customer inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries and provide support as needed.
- Monitor social media accounts: Monitor social media accounts and assist with creating and scheduling social media posts.
Years of Experience : 2 Years
Salary Range (RM) : Based on experiences/ Negotiable
Requirements :
- Good spoken & written in English, Bahasa & mandarin required.
- Computer knowledge is required – Microsoft Office.
- Good interpersonal skill and an analytical mind.
- Independent and can work minimum supervision
- Positive thinker, self-motivated and accept challenges.

Responsibilities :
- Providing support to the Accounting Department.
- Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
- Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
- Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
- Preparing financial reports.
- Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies
- Bookkeeping and general accounting
- Creating and maintaining spreadsheets
- Operating data terminals calculators and other standard office equipment
- Performing clerical work and interoffice support including receiving and processing mail
- Invoicing and reconciliation for varying departments
- Maintaining and promoting excellent vendor relations
- Assembling, sorting and tabulating codes and filing data
- Verifying claims and processing orders and deposit slips
